"The large amounts of experiences and observations I have accumulated over the years, both in my own founder journey 2000 - 2010, but also from working with companies in all industries trying to scale, has allowed me to develop a way of thinking around what tends to transition a company from the tinkering phase (startup) to a potential scaling phase.", Ola Forsström-Olsson
